	Col des Saisies

			Starting from Flumet and passing through the pretty town of Notre-Dame de Bellcombe on a particulary low friction continental tarmac surface that was so smooth we gained 5mph descending and even slow going uphill was noticeably easier too.

			After a few insect impacts, I realised I'd left my eye wear at the top, so had to cycle back up the Col des Saisies (an average 12 mph) in case they were stolen! This is the junction on the descent on the way to Hauteret. I've cycled this road three times now and that's enough! We headed to Beaufort to find immediate food and pasta for the meal later, planned for Lac de Roselend.
